James Li, the co-founder and current CEO of Mighty Health, started the company after his dad had emergency open-heart surgery and needed help with rehab after the surgery.
Li founded the company with Dr. Bernard Chang and Felipe Lopes. The trio developed the program with technology and science-based courses, not just an eating plan. Other top doctors and world-class trainers back the program.
Once you sign up for Mighty, you get access to workouts, one on one health coach support, and a holistic nutrition plan.
The food plan is easy to follow and includes a personalized grocery list, making it easy to follow and keeping you on track for your weight loss goals.

The program is geared towards older adults, which makes it different from other health apps typically designed for younger adults or serious athletes.
The app is chock-full of low-impact aerobics, which makes it ideal for older adults who may struggle with joint pain or need help rehabbing their shoulder from surgery.
However, the program can be for any age, and when I took the quiz (a 30-something woman), I got matched with a low-impact aerobics program, a nutrition plan, and a health coach who appeared to be around my age (or younger).
So while the program is geared toward mature adults, the program is inclusive of all!
The fitness app has excellent reviews and functionality, with many customers on their way to healthier lives.
In your Mighty Health app, you have access to your health coach, progress/motivation, your daily schedule, and a library of workouts.
In one Mighty Health review, one customer noted that they started the program after surgery, and the plan has helped them be proactive in their journey toward better health as they recover from the surgery.
Another Mighty Health review noted that it is the best app they've ever used. They appreciated how it focuses on physical health and all mental, emotional, and nutritional aspects.
Mighty customers typically lose an average of 12 pounds in the first three months, which is approximately 4 pounds each month (although results may vary).
Many individuals have found success in Mighty Health and think the program is worth it. Customers love the inclusivity of the program, which is primarily geared toward those over 50 years old and over.
Mature adults often get left out of the fitness demographic, but working out is vital in all life stages. Working out and eating healthy can lead to lower blood pressure, a healthy heart, better sleep, and more!
Many customers also like how leading doctors back it so they can feel confident in the program.
Mighty health is an excellent app for people looking to get on track for rehab, prepare for surgery, lose weight, and more.
The program and app are dedicated to helping people live healthier lives through personal coaching, nutrition, workouts, and support.
Download the app today for a free seven-day trial to see how Mighty Health can help you reach your fitness and health goals.
